The hotel's terrace is 15 metres from the private beach with rock and pebbles and from the outdoor swimming pool. The fully air-conditioned Bozica is built from original Mediterranean stone and offers a private parking space and a pier for yachts. The restaurant has terraces with sea views and serves dishes prepared from organically grown, local products as well as freshly caught seafood. The meals are accompanied by red wine sorts from the the Pelješac Peninsula and white wine sorts from Korčula Island. Sipan offers diverse hiking and cycling trails. You can also visit the nearby Mljet Island with a national park.

Island Sipan is one of three Elaphity islands which are near the town Dubrovnik. It is a peaceful fishing port which has no capacitiy to welcome a big number of tursits. The island is very well concted to the main land ( to Dubrovnik). On daly basis there are many ferries which conect the island to Dubrovnik. Summertime on the island is much more peaceful then in the town but it has a possibility to use all the contents that Dubrovnik itself offers.

A nice double or twin room on the first floor with a beautiful sea view.
Double / Twin Starlight Room (2+0)

Those rooms are on the third floor. They do not have see view but are very romantic with starlight view from the roof windows. Some bathrooms are with bath tubs, some with shower.
Double Room With a Balcony (2+0)

A room suitable only for couples. Those on the 1st floor have covered balconies and on the 2nd floor they are open. The room is smaller than rooms without balconies and does not have an extra bed option.

Suite 2 + 2 (4+0)

It is a nice spacious 1-bedroom suite (approx.40 m²) with a balcony. It is possible to set up 2 additional beds. Recommended for families with smaller children or honeymooners.

If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
